  • sugar - 1 c
  • eggs - 2 item
  • vanilla - 1 Tbsp
  • chopped pecans - 1 c
  • butter - 1/3 c
  • melted butter - 1/2 c
  • plain flour - 1/2 c
  • brown sugar, packed
  • mashed sweet potatoes - 3 c

How to make sweet potato casserole:

Topping:1 c. brown sugar, packed1/2 c. plain flour1 c. chopped pecans1/3 c. butter Combine sweet potatoes, sugar, lightly beaten eggs, vanilla and butter; mix thoroughly. Pour into a buttered 1 1/2-quart casserole.

Topping: Combine all ingredients; mix well with a fork. Sprinkle crumbs on top of sweet potatoes. Bake at 350° for 30 minutes.
