  • eggs - 2 item
  • vanilla - 1 tsp
  • chopped pecans - 1 c
  • milk - 1/2 c
  • flour - 1/3 c
  • brown sugar - 1 c
  • butter - 1/3 c
  • coconut
  • melted butter - 1/3 c
  • mashed sweet potatoes - 3 c

How to make sweet potato casserole:

Topping:1 c. coconut1 c. chopped pecans1 c. brown sugar1/3 c. flour1/3 c. melted butter Combine sweet potatoes, sugar, milk, butter, eggs and vanilla until blended thoroughly. Place in a 9 x 13-inch baking dish sprayed with Pam.

Mix topping ingredients and sprinkle over potatoes. Bake at 375° for 20 minutes.
