  • evaporated milk - 1/3 c
  • eggs, beaten - 2 item
  • light brown sugar - 1 c
  • cooked, mashed sweet potatoes - 3 c

How to make sweet potato casserole:

Topping:1/2 c. butter1 c. light brown sugar1/2 c. flour1 c. chopped pecans Into mashed potatoes mix sugar, butter and vanilla. Pour into 9 x 12-inch baking dish. For the topping, mix 1/2 cup butter, 1 cup light brown sugar, 1/2 cup plain flour
