- milk
- flour - 1 item
- margarine - 3 4
- salt and pepper - 1 item
- onion, thinly sliced - 1 item
- thinly sliced potatoes - 4 c
- to 1/2 can Ro-Tel diced tomatoes and green chilies - 1/4 item
How to make spicy scalloped potatoes:
Preheat oven to 350°. In lightly oiled casserole dish, place layer of potatoes, salt and pepper and lightly sprinkle with flour, then place layer of onions. Alternate potatoes and onions until all are used. Heat milk and margarine and Ro-Tel tomatoes and green chilies. Pour liquid over potatoes; cover with foil and bake 1 hour.
