  • mayonnaise - 1/2 c
  • medium potatoes - 6 item
  • diced celery - 1/2 c
  • hard-boiled eggs - 3 item
  • medium yellow onion, diced - 1 item
  • large green bell pepper, diced - 1 item
  • mustard to desired taste optional - 1 item

How to make german potato salad:

Peel potatoes. Boil potatoes until slightly firm; do not overcook. Drain water off potatoes and dice potatoes while still hot. Add all remaining ingredients and mix together. Serve while hot. You may serve cold, if you prefer.
