Sweet potato casserole


Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 1/2 c
- vanilla - 1 tsp
- chopped pecans - 1 c
- milk - 1/3 c
- flour - 1/2 c
- butter - 1/2 c
- eggs, beaten - 2 item
- melted butter
- light brown sugar - 1 c
- sweet potatoes about 4 good sized ones - 3 c
How to make sweet potato casserole:
Topping:1/3 c. melted butter1 c. light brown sugar1/2 c. flour1 c. chopped pecans Boil and mash potatoes. Mix in sugar, butter, eggs, vanilla and milk. Put in 13 x 9-inch baking dish.Topping: Melt butter and mix in remaining ingredients. Sprinkle on top of potato mixture. Bake 25 minutes at 350°. Serves 10 to 12.
