eggs - 2 item
vanilla - 1/2 tsp
milk - 1/2 c
salt - 1/2 tsp
stick margarine - 2/3 item
brown sugar - 3/4 c
self-rising flour - 1/2 c
stick margarine, melted - 1/2 item
cooked sweet potatoes, mashed - 3 c
Pour into a baking dish

How to make sweet potato casserole:

Combine all ingredients; mix well. Pour into a baking dish.Topping:1 c. chopped pecans3/4 c. brown sugar1/2 c. self-rising flour2/3 stick margarine Combine ingredients; mix thoroughly. Sprinkle on top of sweet potato mixture. Bake at 350° until brown, about 30 minutes.

Note: This casserole is delicious cold, too.
