Sweet potato souffle
Ingredients/Components
- cooked and mashed sweet potatoes about 2 cans - 3 c
- sugar - 1 c
- eggs - 2 item
- milk - 1/2 c
- salt - 1/2 tsp
- vanilla - 1 tsp
- brown sugar - 1 c
- self-rising flour - 1/2 c
- stick margarine, melted - 1/2 item
- chopped pecans - 1 c
How to make sweet potato souffle:
Combine potatoes, sugar, eggs, milk, salt and vanilla. Pour into casserole dish. Mix brown sugar, flour, margarine and pecans and spread over sweet potato mixture before baking. Bake at 400° about 30 to 40 minutes or until brown.Recipe categories: Side dish, Potato, Vegetables.
