  • sugar - 1 c
  • salt - 1/2 tsp
  • eggs - 2 item
  • stick margarine - 1/3 item
  • milk - 1/2 c
  • vanilla - 1 tsp
  • brown sugar
  • self-rising flour - 1/3 c
  • chopped pecans - 1 c

How to make sweet potato casserole:

Topping:1 c. brown sugar1/3 c. self-rising flour1 c. chopped pecans3/4 stick margarine Combine sweet potatoes with other ingredients, except topping, with mixer. Spread in casserole dish.

Topping: Mix ingredients for topping; spread over sweet potatoes. Bake at 350° for 35 minutes.
