  • sugar - 1 c
  • eggs - 2 item
  • vanilla - 1 Tbsp
  • chopped pecans - 1 c
  • brown sugar
  • butter - 1/3 c
  • plain flour - 1/2 c
  • butter, melted - 1/2 c
  • sweet potato, mashed - 3 c

How to make sweet potato casserole:

Topping:1 c. brown sugar1 c. chopped pecans1/2 c. plain flour1/3 c. butter Mix first 5 ingredients thoroughly. Pour into buttered casserole.

Mix topping ingredients with fork until crunchy consistency. Sprinkle on top of potatoes. Bake 30 minutes at 350°.

Repeat favorite.
