eggs - 2 item
vanilla - 1/2 tsp
milk - 1/4 c
chopped nuts - 1/3 c
flour
brown sugar
oleo - 1/4 c
sweet potatoes, mashed - 3 c

How to make sweet potato casserole:

Topping:1/4 c. brown sugar1/3 c. chopped nuts2 1/2 Tbsp. flour1/4 c. oleo Cook potatoes until tender and mash. Add sugar, oleo, vanilla, milk and eggs. Mix well and put into shallow baking dish.

Topping: Mix and spread over the top the brown sugar, nuts, flour and oleo. Bake at 350° for 25 to 30 minutes.
