Ingredients/Components
- vanilla - 1 tsp
- flour - 1/2 c
- eggs, beaten - 2 item
- nuts - 1/2 1
- stick butter, melted - 1 item
- white sugar - 1 c
- sweet potatoes, mashed - 3 c
- Put in baking dish
How to make sweet potato casserole:
Mash sweet potatoes, white sugar, beaten eggs, vanilla and melted butter. Put in baking dish.Topping:1 c. brown sugar1/3 stick butter, melted1/2 c. flour1/2 to 1 c. nuts Mix melted butter, brown sugar and flour. Mix until crumbly. Put on top of potatoes. Add nuts.
