  • sugar - 1 c
  • vanilla - 1 tsp
  • milk - 1/2 c
  • salt - 1/2 tsp
  • flour - 1/3 c
  • brown sugar - 1 c
  • eggs, beaten - 2 item
  • nuts - 1 c
  • margarine - 1/2 c
  • sweet potatoes, mashed - 3 c

How to make sweet potato casserole:

Combine sweet potatoes, sugar, 1/2 cup margarine, eggs, milk, vanilla and salt. Pour into buttered baking dish (8 x 8 x 2-inch). Top with brown sugar, flour, nuts and 1/3 cup margarine. Bake at 350° for 30 to 35 minutes.
