- brown sugar - 2 Tbsp
- butter - 1 Tbsp
- corn syrup
- large sweet potatoes, cooked and mashed - 4 item
How to make sweet potato balls:
Syrup:1/2 c. corn syrup2 Tbsp. brown sugar1 Tbsp. butter Cook and mash 4 large sweet potatoes; form a marshmallow around each one and roll in corn flakes, crushed, then add syrup. Melt together syrup ingredients and pour over balls. Heat in oven at 300° for 30 minutes.Recipe categories: Appetizers, Side dish, Yam/sweet potato.
