Baked caramel popcorn
Ingredients/Components
- vanilla - 1 tsp
- salt - 1 tsp
- brown sugar - 2 c
- butter - 1 c
- baking soda - 1/2 tsp
- corn syrup - 1/2 c
- popped corn - 6 qt
How to make baked caramel popcorn:
Melt butter, sugar, syrup and salt. Bring to a boil for 5 minutes. Add baking soda and vanilla. Pour over popcorn and divide into two baking pans. Bake at 250° for 1 hour, stirring every 15 minutes.
