Sweet corn bread

Ingredients/Components

• eggs - 2 item
• milk - 1/2 c
• box corn muffin mix - 1 oz
• 4 serving size box instant vanilla pudding - 1 item

How to make sweet corn bread:

In mixing bowl, stir together muffin mix and pudding mix. Add eggs and milk; stir to blend. Batter will be lumpy. Coat an 8-inch square pan with vegetable cooking spray and spread batter in pan. Bake in 400° oven for 20 minutes or until bread tests done.
