  • sugar - 1 c
  • eggs - 2 item
  • milk - 1/2 c
  • brown sugar - 1 c
  • vanilla flavoring - 1 tsp
  • coconut - 1 c
  • stick margarine, melted - 1/2 item
  • butternut flavoring - 1/2 tsp
  • mashed sweet potato - 2 c
  • Topping:1/2 stick margarine

How to make sweet potato casserole:

Topping:1/2 stick margarine1 c. brown sugar1 c. coconut Mix all ingredients together except topping and place in casserole dish.

Topping: Melt margarine. Add brown sugar and coconut. Spread over sweet potato mixture. Broil 3 minutes at 500°. Turn down to 300° and bake for 30 minutes.
