Ingredients/Components

  • hamburger - 2 to
  • milk - 1 c
  • onion, chopped - 1 c
  • cracker crumbs - 2 c
  • salt and pepper to taste - 1 item
  • vinegar - 1/2 c
  • ketchup - 1 c
  • brown sugar - 6 Tbsp
  • Worcestershire sauce - 2 Tbsp

How to make sweet and sour meatballs:

Mix together hamburger, milk, onion, cracker crumbs, salt and pepper. Form into walnut sized balls and place in a 13 x 9-inch pan. Combine vinegar, ketchup, brown sugar and Worcestershire sauce and pour over meatballs. Bake in 350° oven for 30 to 40 minutes. Makes 50 balls.
