Sweet and sour meatballs
Ingredients/Components
- ground meat
- slices bread - 4 item
- milk - 1 c
- garlic powder - 1 tsp
- salt - 1 tsp
- black pepper - 1 tsp
- ketchup
- Worcestershire sauce - 1 tsp
- water - 1/2 c
- vinegar - 3 Tbsp
- sugar - 3/4 c
- medium onion, chopped - 1 item
How to make sweet and sour meatballs:
Sauce:1 c. ketchup1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce1/2 c. water3 Tbsp. vinegar3/4 c. sugar1 medium onion, chopped For Meatballs: Mix meat, bread, milk, garlic, salt and pepper. Roll into meatballs. Place into 9 x 13-inch pan.For Sauce: Mix all ingredients. Pour sauce over meatballs and bake 1 hour at 350°.
