Ingredients/Components

  • envelope onion soup mix - 1 item
  • jar apricot preserves - 1 oz
  • bottle Russian dressing - 1 oz
  • fryer or 8 split chicken breast I like to use chicken breast - 3 4

How to make apricot chicken:

Place chicken in a shallow baking dish or pan. Skin side up. In a separate bowl; mix other ingredients and spread over chicken. Baste often. Bake covered 1 hour, then uncovered 1 hour in a 300° oven.
