Ingredients/Components
- envelope onion soup mix - 1 item
- jar apricot preserves - 1/2 9
- bottle Russian dressing - 1 oz
- chicken, cut up and skinned - 1 item
How to make russian chicken:
Rinse skinless chicken and pat dry. Put in a 13 x 9-inch baking dish. In a bowl, mix dressing, preserves and onion soup mix. Pour over chicken. Bake at 350° (uncovered) for 1 hour and 15 minutes, or until done.Recipe categories: Main dish, Whole chicken, Chicken breast.
