Sweet and sour carrots
Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 1/8 c
- oil - 1/2 c
- vinegar - 1/4 c
- can tomato soup - 1 item
- salt to taste - 1 item
- sliced carrots - 3 c
- onion - 1 item
- green pepper - 1 item
How to make sweet and sour carrots:
Cook carrots in small amount of water for 5 minutes. Drain. Saute oil, onion and green pepper over medium heat. Add sugar, vinegar and soup; bring to a boil. Salt to taste. Serve hot or cold (much better cold).Recipe categories: Side dish, Vegetables, Carrots.
