  • brown sugar - 1 c
  • evaporated milk - 5 oz
  • Worcestershire sauce - 2 Tbsp
  • ground beef - 2 lb
  • onion soup mix and/or cut up onions - 1 pkg
  • Italian bread crumbs approximately - 3/4 c
  • Make into small balls and place on cookie sheet
  • Worcestershire sauce or as taste desires - 2 Tbsp

How to make swedish meatballs:

Mix all of the ingredients together. Make into small balls and place on cookie sheet. Bake at 350° for 15 to 20 minutes. Put meatballs into crock-pot and pour sauce over them. Stir as needed.Sauce:2 c. catsup1 c. brown sugar2 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce or as taste desires
