Gazpacho
Gazpacho
Ingredients/Components
- red wine vinegar - 1/4 c
- salt and pepper to taste - 1 item
- parsley - 3 Tbsp
- olive oil - 1/3 c
- tomato juice - 3 c
- hot pepper sauce - 1/4 tsp
- large clove garlic, crushed - 1 item
- large tomatoes, diced - 2 item
- can consomme
- cucumbers, peeled and chopped - 2 item
- green pepper, seeded and diced - 1 item
- scallions with 1/3 green part left on, cleaned and finely chopped - 5 item
How to make gazpacho:
