Artichoke nibbles
Ingredients/Components
- eggs - 4 item
- bread crumbs - 1/4 c
- small onion, finely chopped - 1 item
- minced parsley - 2 Tbsp
- clove garlic, minced or pressed - 1 item
- jars marinated artichoke hearts, chopped - 2 oz
- each salt, pepper and oregano leaves - 1/8 tsp
- sharp Cheddar cheese, grated about 2 c - 1/2 lb
How to make artichoke nibbles:
Drain liquid from 1 jar artichoke hearts into a frying pan. Drain liquid from other jar and save for other uses. Saute onion and garlic until limp. Beat eggs with a fork in a large bowl.
