Gazpacho
Ingredients/Components
- sour cream - 2 Tbsp
- salt - 1 tsp
- lemon juice - 1/2 1
- dash of pepper - 1 item
- tomato juice - 3/4 c
- salt to taste - 3/4 tsp
- green onions, chopped - 2 item
- dash of Tabasco sauce - 1 item
- pepper or to taste - 1/4 tsp
- ripe tomatoes, peeled and chopped - 2 c
- garlic clove optional - 1/2 item
- green pepper chunks - 2 Tbsp
- cucumbers, peeled and seeded - 2 Tbsp
- Snef-Aromat - 1 Tbsp
- powder mustard - 1 tsp
How to make gazpacho:
Mix two parts to 1 part vinegar and oil, 1 tablespoon water, 2/3 cup safflower oil, 1/3 cup vinegar.Recipe categories: Appetizers, Vegan, Soups & stews.
