Ingredients/Components

  • sour cream - 2 Tbsp
  • salt - 1 tsp
  • lemon juice - 1/2 1
  • dash of pepper - 1 item
  • tomato juice - 3/4 c
  • salt to taste - 3/4 tsp
  • green onions, chopped - 2 item
  • dash of Tabasco sauce - 1 item
  • pepper or to taste - 1/4 tsp
  • ripe tomatoes, peeled and chopped - 2 c
  • garlic clove optional - 1/2 item
  • green pepper chunks - 2 Tbsp
  • cucumbers, peeled and seeded - 2 Tbsp
  • Snef-Aromat - 1 Tbsp
  • powder mustard - 1 tsp

How to make gazpacho:

Mix two parts to 1 part vinegar and oil, 1 tablespoon water, 2/3 cup safflower oil, 1/3 cup vinegar.
