Ingredients/Components
- ground beef - 1 lb
- ground pork - 1/2 lb
- minced onions - 1/2 c
- dry bread crumbs - 3/4 c
- minced parsley - 1 Tbsp
- salt
- pepper - 1/8 tsp
- Worcestershire sauce - 1 tsp
- egg - 1 item
- milk - 1/2 c
- Sauce:1 can diluted with water mushroom soup
How to make swedish meatballs:
Sauce:1 can diluted (with water) mushroom soup Mix all ingredients together and shape into balls the size of walnuts. Brown in 350° oven until done. Drain any drippings. Simmer in diluted cream of mushroom soup.Recipe categories: Appetizers, Ground beef, Beef.
