Ingredients/Components
- milk - 1/2 c
- salt - 1/2 tsp
- flour - 1/4 c
- boiling water - 2 c
- egg - 1 item
- cream - 3/4 c
- paprika - 1 tsp
- pepper - 1/8 tsp
- Worcestershire sauce - 1 tsp
- fine bread crumbs - 3/4 c
- ground beef - 1 lb
- minced onion - 1/2 c
- minced parsley - 1 Tbsp
- ground pork - 1/2 lb
- hot fat or salad oil - 1/4 c
How to make swedish meatballs:
Mix meat, onion, bread crumbs, parsley, seasonings, egg and milk together, then shape into walnut size balls. Brown in hot skillet; remove from pan. Stir flour, paprika, salt, and pepper into hot pan. Add water and cream. Return meatballs to gravy. Cook for 15 to 20 minutes.Recipe categories: Appetizers, Ground beef, Beef.
