Ingredients/Components
- eggs - 2 item
- ground beef - 1 lb
- Ritz crackers - 12 item
- salt and pepper to taste - 1 item
- small can evaporated milk - 1 item
- grape jelly - 32 oz
- garlic salt to taste - 1 item
- minced onions - 1 Tbsp
- sausage - 1 lb
- Sauce:1 bottle chili sauce
How to make swedish meatballs:
Sauce:1 bottle chili sauce32 oz. grape jelly Mix all ingredients, except sauce and jelly together. Form into 1-inch balls. Place in greased casserole dish and bake in 350° oven until done (an hour or less). Mix sauce and jelly. Pour over warm meatballs.Recipe categories: Appetizers, Ground beef, Beef.
