Ingredients/Components

  • eggs - 2 item
  • ground beef - 1 lb
  • Ritz crackers - 12 item
  • salt and pepper to taste - 1 item
  • small can evaporated milk - 1 item
  • grape jelly - 32 oz
  • garlic salt to taste - 1 item
  • minced onions - 1 Tbsp
  • sausage - 1 lb
  • Sauce:1 bottle chili sauce

How to make swedish meatballs:

Sauce:1 bottle chili sauce32 oz. grape jelly Mix all ingredients, except sauce and jelly together. Form into 1-inch balls. Place in greased casserole dish and bake in 350° oven until done (an hour or less). Mix sauce and jelly. Pour over warm meatballs.
