Ingredients/Components
- sharp grated Cheddar cheese - 10 oz
- cream cheese - 16 oz
- small onion, grated - 1/2 item
- lemon juice - 1 Tbsp
- Worcestershire sauce - 2 tsp
- Tabasco sauce - 1 tsp
- pinch of garlic optional - 1 item
How to make cheese ball:
Mix all ingredients together, adding cream cheese last. Mix well. Let sit. Roll in chopped nuts. Let sit in refrigerator for 4 hours before serving.Recipe categories: Appetizers, Cheese, Spreads.
