Ingredients/Components
- pecan halves - 1 lb
- egg white - 1 item
- cold water - 1 tsp
- sugar - 1/2 c
- salt - 1/3 tsp
- cinnamon - 1/2 tsp
How to make spiced pecans:
Beat egg white and water until fluffy. Add pecans and mix until all nuts are coated. Mix sugar, salt and cinnamon in large bowl. Add nuts; coat thoroughly. Place on buttered pan. Bake at 225° for 1 hour. Stir every 15 minutes.Recipe categories: Lunch/snacks, Snacks, Appetizers.
