Ingredients/Components
- chunky salsa - 2 Tbsp
- large baked low fat tortilla chips - 12 item
- 2 oz shredded reduced fat Cheddar cheese - 1/2 c
- fat free refried beans - 1/4 c
How to make super nachos:
Arrange chips in single layer on large microwave plate. Sprinkle cheese evenly over chips. Spoon teaspoonfuls of beans over chips; top with 1/2 teaspoonful of salsa. Microwave at medium (50%) 1 1/2 minutes or until cheese is melted.Recipe categories: Eggs/dairy, Appetizers, Cheese.
