  • sour cream - 1/2 c
  • water - 3/4 c
  • ground beef - 1 lb
  • grated Cheddar cheese - 1/2 c
  • medium tomato, chopped - 1 item
  • taco seasoning mix - 1 pkg
  • thinly sliced green onion - 1/4 c
  • chunky salsa - 1/2 c

How to make fiesta dip:

In medium skillet, prepare taco seasoning mix with ground beef and water according to package directions. In 1-quart bowl, spread beef and layer remaining ingredients in order given. Serve immediately with nacho chips. Serves eight.
