flour - 2 Tbsp
orange juice - 1/4 c
barbecue sauce - 1 c
bone-in chicken breast halves, skin removed - 4 item

How to make sunshine barbecue chicken:

You will need one large 14 x 20-inch oven cooking bag.

Preheat oven to 350°. Shake flour in bag. Place in 13 x 9 x 2-inch baking pan. Add orange juice and barbecue sauce to bag. Squeeze bag to blend ingredients. Add chicken to bag. Turn bag to coat chicken with sauce. Arrange chicken in an even layer. Close bag with nylon tie. Cut 6 half-inch slits in top. Bake until tender, 35 to 40 minutes.

To Serve: Stir sauce. Spoon over chicken. Serves 4.

For 8 skinless chicken pieces, add 10 minutes.
