  • pkg - 1 oz
  • milk - 1/4 c
  • chopped green pepper - 1 c
  • flour tortillas - 6 item
  • chopped cooked chicken - 2 c
  • jar salsa, divided - 1 oz
  • Velveeta cheese, cut up - 3/4 lb

How to make chicken enchiladas:

Stir chicken, green pepper, cream cheese and 1/2 cup salsa in medium saucepan on low heat until cream cheese is melted. Spoon approximately 1/2 cup of chicken mixture down center of each tortilla. Roll up. Place in lightly greased 12 x 8-inch baking dish. Stir process cheese spread and milk in small saucepan on low heat until smooth. Pour over tortillas. Cover with foil. Bake at 350° for 20 minutes. Top with salsa. Makes 4 to 6 servings.
