flour - 2 Tbsp
orange juice - 1/4 c
of your favorite barbecue sauce - 1 c
skinless pieces of your favorite brand of chicken - 8 item

How to make sunshine barbecue chicken:

You will need 1 Reynolds oven bag (large size, 14 x 20-inch).

Preheat oven to 350°. Shake flour in Reynolds oven bag. Place in a 13 x 9 x 2-inch baking pan. Add barbecue sauce and orange juice to bag. Squeeze bag to blend ingredients. Add chicken to bag. Turn and baste to coat chicken with sauce. Arrange chicken in an even layer. Close bag with nylon tie. Cut 6 (1/2-inch) slits in top. Bake until chicken is tender, 45 to 50 minutes. To serve, stir sauce. Spoon over chicken. Makes 4 servings. Preparation time: 6 minutes. Cooking time: 45 minutes.
