Ingredients/Components

• sugar - 1 c
• eggs - 2 item
• vanilla - 2 tsp
• salt - 1 tsp
• flour
• baking powder - 3/4 tsp
• shortening - 1/2 c
• margarine - 1/2 c

How to make sugar cookies:

Sift flour, baking powder and salt. Set aside. Cream first five ingredients together and gradually add flour. Drop by teaspoon on ungreased cookie sheet. Bake for 7 minutes in a 400° oven.
