sugar - 1/2 c
vanilla - 1/2 tsp
soda - 1/2 tsp
vegetable oil - 1/2 c
egg - 1 item
powdered sugar - 1/2 c
soft butter - 1/2 c
cream of tartar - 1/2 tsp
plus 2 Tbsp - 3 c

How to make sugar cookies:

Mix ingredients and freeze dough. When you are ready to bake the cookies, break off pieces of dough and shape into small balls (about the size of a large grape). Place on greased baking sheet. Flatten with glass dipped in sugar. Bake in 350° oven about 13 minutes.
