Ingredients/Components
- butter or margarine - 3 tbsp
- Parmesan cheese - 1 item
- garlic, chopped - 2 tsp
- Salt and pepper to taste - 1 item
- Italian seasoning to taste - 1 item
- tsp onion, chopped - 2 item
- slices of bacon, fried and crumbled - 2 item
- 2-3 medium sized zucchinis
- cup stewed tomatoes - 1/2 item
- cup saltine crackers, crushed coarsely - 1 item
How to make stuffed zucchini:
Cook zucchinis in boiling salted water for 10-15 minutes. In the meantime saut?© onion and garlic in 3 tbsp butter. Add stewed tomatoes, saltines, salt and pepper, Italian seasoning, and bacon.
