Stuffed shells
Ingredients/Components
- salt - 1 tsp
- eggs, beaten - 2 item
- 8 oz - 2 c
- pepper - 1/8 tsp
- chopped parsley - 1/2 c
- grated Parmesan cheese, divided - 1 c
- prepared spaghetti sauce - 3 c
- jumbo shells, cooked and drained - 12 oz
- each Ricotta cheese - 2 containers
How to make stuffed shells:
In medium bowl, combine eggs, Ricotta, Mozzarella, 3/4 cup Parmesan, parsley, salt and pepper. Spoon about 2 tablespoons mixture into each shell. Arrange in 13 x 9-inch baking dish; top with spaghetti sauce. Sprinkle with remaining Parmesan. Bake in 350° oven for 30 minutes or until heated through.
