Ingredients/Components

- eggs, beaten - 2 item
- 8 oz - 2 c
- pepper - 1/8 tsp
- chopped parsley - 1/2 c
- grated Parmesan cheese, divided - 1 c
- containers Ricotta cheese - 2 (15
- prepared spaghetti sauce - 3 c
- jumbo shells, cooked and drained - 12 oz
How to make cheese-stuffed shells:
In a medium bowl combine eggs, Ricotta cheese, Mozzarella cheese, 3/4 cup Parmesan cheese, parsley, salt and pepper. Spoon about 2 tablespoons mixture into each shell. Arrange in a 13 x 9-inch baking dish; top with spaghetti. Sprinkle with remaining Parmesan sauce. Bake in a 350° oven for 30 minutes or until heated through.
