  • salt - 1 tsp
  • eggs, beaten - 2 item
  • 8 oz - 2 c
  • pepper - 1/8 tsp
  • chopped parsley - 1/2 c
  • grated Parmesan cheese, divided - 1 c
  • containers Ricotta cheese - 2 (15
  • prepared spaghetti sauce - 3 c
  • jumbo shells, cooked and drained - 12 oz

How to make cheese-stuffed shells:

In a medium bowl combine eggs, Ricotta cheese, Mozzarella cheese, 3/4 cup Parmesan cheese, parsley, salt and pepper. Spoon about 2 tablespoons mixture into each shell. Arrange in a 13 x 9-inch baking dish; top with spaghetti. Sprinkle with remaining Parmesan sauce. Bake in a 350° oven for 30 minutes or until heated through. Makes 8 servings.
