Ingredients/Components
- pkg - 1 oz
- chopped celery - 1/2 c
- hard-boiled eggs, chopped - 2 item
- lemon pepper - 1 item
- parsley, chopped - 1/4 c
- dressing - 1 item
- green onion, chopped - 1 Tbsp
- can black olives, sliced or chopped - 1/2 item
- savor salt - 1 item
- jar chopped artichoke hearts, drained - 1 item
How to make vermicelli salad:
Mix above ingredients. Season with savor salt and lemon pepper. Mix to taste with buttermilk Ranch dressing or Italian dressing or a 1/2 and 1/2 combination. Chill. Serves 12 to 15.Recipe categories: Salads, Side dish, Pasta.
