Ingredients/Components
- eggs, beaten - 2 item
- each Ricotta cheese - 2 (15
- shredded Mozzarella cheese - 2 c
- grated Parmesan cheese, divided - 1 c
- chopped parsley - 1/2 c
- salt - 1 tsp
- pepper - 1/8 tsp
- jumbo shells, cooked and drained - 12 item
- prepared spaghetti sauce - 3 c
How to make cheese stuffed shells:
In medium bowl, combine eggs, Ricotta cheese, Mozzarella cheese, 3/4 cup Parmesan cheese, parsley, salt and pepper. Spoon about 2 tablespoons mixture into each shell. Arrange in a 13 x 9-inch baking dish. Top with spaghetti sauce. Sprinkle with remaining Parmesan cheese. Bake at 350° for 30 minutes.Recipe categories: Lunch/snacks, Main dish, One Dish meal.
