Ingredients/Components
- melted butter - 4 Tbsp
- Parmesan cheese - 3 Tbsp
- bread crumbs - 1 c
- onion, finely chopped - 1 item
- white wine - 1/4 c
- Monterey Jack cheese
- garlic clove, finely chopped - 1 item
- mushrooms, de-stemmed - 1 lb
- to 8 minced stems - 6 item
How to make stuffed mushrooms:
Topping:1 c. Monterey Jack cheese Melt butter and 1/2 the wine; saute onion, garlic and stems. Add bread crumbs and cheese. Spoon filling into mushroom caps. Cover with Jack cheese and bake at 350° for 15 minutes.Recipe categories: Appetizers, Side dish, Vegetables.
