- flour - 1 item
- egg, beaten - 1 item
- bread crumbs - 1 item
- chicken breasts - 1 lb
How to make chicken nuggets:
Cut chicken breasts into nugget size pieces. Roll each piece in flour. Dip into flour and then roll in bread crumbs. At this point the nuggets may be pan fried in a small amount of oil or baked.
