- cream cheese - 8 oz
- butter - 6 Tbsp
- chopped onions - 2 Tbsp
- medium mushrooms - 2 lb
- crumbled Kraft Blue cheese - 1/2 c
How to make stuffed mushrooms:
Remove mushroom stems, measure 1/2 cup. Cook 1/2 of the stems with 3 tablespoons of butter for 5 minutes. Drain. Repeat with remaining stems and butter. Combine cream cheese and Blue cheese. Stir in stems and onions. Place on baking sheet and bake until golden brown.Recipe categories: Appetizers, Side dish, Vegetables.
