Ingredients/Components
- cream cheese - 3 oz
- butter - 2 Tbsp
- paprika - 1 item
- chopped green onion - 2 Tbsp
- medium mushrooms - 1 lb
- Blue cheese - 2 oz
- fines herbes - 1 tsp
How to make stuffed mushrooms:
Gently wash mushrooms and remove stems. Melt butter in heavy skillet. Add mushroom caps and saute over medium heat for 2 minutes. Remove from heat; let cool. Combine butter, cheese, onion and fines herbes. Stuff in caps; sprinkle with paprika. Broil until bubbly. Makes approximately 28.Recipe categories: Appetizers, Side dish, Vegetables.
