Cinnamon pecans
Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 1 c
- cinnamon - 1 tsp
- salt - 1 tsp
- water - 1 Tbsp
- pecans - 1 lb
- egg white - 1 item
How to make cinnamon pecans:
Whip egg white and water together. Mix in pecans. Mix sugar, cinnamon and salt together, pour over pecans and mix well. Put on a cookie sheet. Bake for 30 minutes in 250° oven. Stir. Bake for another 30 minutes at 275°. Let cool.Recipe categories: Lunch/snacks, Snacks, Appetizers.
