Ingredients/Components
- butter - 1 tsp
- evaporated milk - 6 Tbsp
- Velveeta cheese - 1/2 lb
- clove garlic - 1 item
- chopped green chilies - 3 oz
- minced onions - 3 Tbsp
- Cheddar cheese - 1/4 lb
How to make chili con queso dip:
Saute onions in butter until transparent. Add chilies, garlic and cheeses. Heat until cheeses melt on low heat. Blend in evaporated milk. Serve with corn chips.Recipe categories: Appetizers, Dips, Cheese.
