Ingredients/Components

  • eggs, beaten - 2 item
  • stick butter - 1 item
  • parsley - 1/2 c
  • olive oil - 2 Tbsp
  • bell pepper - 1/4 c
  • Italian bread crumbs - 1 c
  • green onions, minced - 1/2 c
  • large mushrooms - 30 item
  • minced onions - 1/2 c
  • white crab meat - 1 lb
  • toes garlic, minced - 3 item
  • claw meat - 1 lb

How to make stuffed mushrooms:

Melt butter and olive oil in skillet. Add all seasonings and cook until clear. Put in white and claw crab meat. Salt to taste and add 1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper. Put in bread crumbs. If dry, you can add more butter or olive oil. When cool, add beaten eggs.

Cut stems off of mushrooms. Chop stems and add to dressing. Clean outside of mushroom and wipe outside with damp paper towel. Stuff mushrooms with dressing. Any leftover dressing can be placed in a casserole dish. Cook at 250° until mushrooms are tender.
